• What security measures are available for online transactions?
In terms of security SBM uses cutting-edge technology to ensure maximum security for all online transactions. Each authorised user will have his own User ID and PASSWORD for secure and instant access to Online Banking.
• Why do we get the message invalid User ID/Password or account locked?
This message is prompted when the user fails to input the right password 3 times consecutively. For security reasons, the SBMNET account is locked.
The user will have to phone: 202 1500 or email support@sbm.intnet.mu so as to unlock his/her account.
• How much is the fee for SBMNET?
For Retail Customers this is a free service.
