• More attractive interest rates over whole loan repayment period varying between SBM PLR (currently at 8.25% p.a.) and SBM PLR + 1.75% p.a.
• Financing up to 100% of project cost
• Up to 25 years repayment period (30 years repayment period also available subject to terms and conditions)

• Borrow / redraw up to original limit for any purpose

• Salary Pledge where applicable
• For construction/ extension of residential building, mandatory documents are:-
o Building permit, building plan, letter of acceptance for insurance on building (MIP)
o Title deed, site plan
o Valuation report to include value of building upon completion
o Progress report at each stage of construction
• For renovation, mandatory documents are:-
o List of renovation works
o Progress report at each stage of construction
• Security
Where property given is a sale from ascendant to descendant, ascendant should intervene in charge documents
