• SBM Customers: SBM Debit or Credit Cards are accepted.

• Non SBM Customers: Any Credit Cards (Visa or MasterCard) are accepted.

• SMS TopUp service is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

• The service is FREE. The same price as with scratch cards applies. No additional transactions fees from your bank or SBM.

• This service is applicable to both Orange and Emtel prepaid mobile users. You can TopUp your phone or the phone of a friend/family member. You, however, need to register the numbers you wish to TopUp as well. You can register up to 5 numbers (provided they are from the same mobile operator as the initiating number).

Once the bank has received your completed registration form, you can start using the service within a maximum of 2 working days.

Registered Users have 3 options to TopUp their prepaid mobiles through SMS

Option 1: TopUp default prepaid mobile number by default TopUp amount
                 
Type topup in a text message and send it to 8726

Option 2: TopUp default prepaid phone number by a different amount, say Rs 100

Type topup 100 in a text message and send it to 8726.
The default prepaid mobile phone will be credited by TopUp amount specified in the text message.

 Option 3: TopUp different prepaid phone number, say 1234567 by Rs 100

Type topup 250 1234567 in a text message and send it to 8726.
The specified prepaid mobile phone will be credited with the specified TopUp amount in the text message
